Junior EA / Office manager

In this role, you will work as a support to EA of the company CEO and his wife.

Assisting with managing household staff, home expenses, accounts, arranging personal events and all associated administration. In addition, you will also assist with Office Management in our superb London based office.


As a Jr Office Manager your responsibilities will vary. You will be the first point of contact for any office enquiries dealing with anything from technical support to ensure health and

safety standards are being met . You should be able to present yourself in a smart, polished, professional manner and be resourceful to colleagues. 


Duties to include (but are not limited to):

● Complex diary management, juggling hectic schedule and arranging small and large scale meetings, conference calls etc

● Travel arrangements

● Provide assistance during meetings / presentations

● Expenses Management

● Events management

● Ad hoc errands e.g.

● Liaising with insurance brokers/insurance companies

● Arranging contractors when problems occur with the office structure/fittings;

● Liaising with the building management;

● Front of house and attending to clients that visit the office for meetings

● Handling all post


Please note that due to the nature of this role, the right individual will also need to be flexible and able to manage out-of-hours requests.
