Role Responsibilities 

The Affiliation department is responsible for running the Affiliate program to acquire users for Basebone’s product portfolio. It’s responsible for the assigned affiliation investment budget in accordance with the growth plan. The Affiliate Account Manager sreport to the Affiliation Team Lead  to continuously reach acquisition objectives. 

This position demands a highly communicative and proactive person that is passionate and determined on achieving the department's acquisition objectives. Building long lasting business relationships while growing Basebone’s customer base in a profitable way requires strong people skills to achieve loyalty and a close connection while maintaining professionalism.

As an Affiliate Account Manager at Basebone you will: 

  • Build close partnerships with publishers to gain improved insights and loyalty within the industry.
  • Seeking out new affiliate partnerships and managing assigned affiliate accounts as decided by the Affiliation Team Lead.
  • Provide expertise to help junior team members to improve their skillset.
  • Maintain and grow assigned Key Accounts as decided by the Affiliation Team Lead.
  • Distribute offers in all available Geos in accordance with the Advertising Strategy.
  • Optimize your affiliates advertising campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Ensuring advertising investments are within KPI benchmarks as set by the Affiliation Team Lead.
  • Attend industry trade shows where required to represent Basebone.
  • Collaborate when necessary cross department with R&D, Performance, Business Analysis, Ad Tech, Business Development, Compliance and Integrations.


Minimum Qualification 

  • 3 years experience in a similar role
  •  High level of knowledge in Account Management, Performance Advertising and Affiliate Marketing
  • Strong networking skills to build a portfolio of close partners
  • Ability to manage and communicate with key stakeholders to successfully deliver results


Soft Skills 

  • Fluent in English.
