Role Responsibilities

Hootmobi is looking for a Business Developer eager to be part of a young and enthusiastic team obsessed with performance. The candidate will be part of our Publishing Team working goal oriented looking for potential affiliates, being responsible of actively recruit, create, monitor and optimize a portfolio of clients with a particular focus on effective inventory.

 As a Publishing Business Developer at Basebone you will:  

  • Carry out a research of new affiliates on a continual basis

  • Identify and win new potential affiliates and turn them into increased business

  • Ability to quickly recognize and focus on the most potentially profitable Affiliates

  • Report with Team leader and Advertising team

  • Proven sales life cycle experience-lead generation through business closing.

  • Meet main players on each market

  • Set-up and attend business meetings

  • Carefully observe new market developments and trends and give feedback to our sales team to maintain and improve the competitiveness of our company

  • Collaborating with internal departments to provide quick and consistent solutions.

  • Being up to date on the Mobile media market and competitors.


Minimum Qualification


  • 3 + years prior experience in Mobile Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing – Focus on Cost per Lead and Cost per Acquisition

  • A proven business development or sales executive experience who has successfully helped to scale a mobile media business

  • Your own network of existing contacts will be valued

  • Knowledge about web and mobile traffic

  • Self-starter who thrives on innovation and driving ideas forward. Effective problem solver.

  • Results-driven and able to identify and execute on new business opportunities or new process efficiencies.

  • Excellent communication and persuasive influence skills.

  • Strong analytical thinker with good business acumen.

  • Disciplined, well-organized and efficient you have a detailed and methodical approach to every project

  • Willingness to travel.

  • Experience working in a international company is useful
