Senior Country Manager

Role Overview:

The Senior Country Manager is responsible for achieving annual revenue and profit targets for their appointed market. This is a senior, autonomous market-driving position which requires day-to-day focus on managing and growing the business and identifying opportunities for both disruptive and incremental growth while building excellent MNO/aggregator relationships (at Senior level) and maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market players and conditions to stay ahead of the curve.


  • Achieve Annual Revenue and Profit goals

  • Manage and motivate a team of highly skilled market specialists

  • Maintain a continuous focus on improving business performance

  • Identify B2B opportunities, to be explored with support from the L.O.B. Manager and CBDO

  • Engage and influence internal stakeholders to get buy-in for key initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

  • University degree by relevant University

  • 10 years work experience

  • 5 years experience in the mVAS business in a similar role
